  • Be available to receive the order
  • Failure to be available may result in charges without refunds.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Delivery issues

Elite Dash may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.

7. Driver Terms

If you register as a driver, you acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an
employee of Elite Dash.

Drivers must:

  • Maintain required insurance
  • Follow safety rules
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Treat customers and merchants professionally

8. Merchant/Partner Terms

Partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate menus or product lists
  • Prepare orders promptly
  • Ensure product quality

Elite Dash reserves the right to remove partners that violate policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, and platform technology belong to Elite Dash. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite Dash is not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control
  • Merchants’ food/product quality
  • Driver behavior as independent contractors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Dash is not responsible for any damages
resulting from use of the Services.

11. Termination

Elite Dash may suspend or terminate your account for any misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation
of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Elite Dash operates, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles.
